Pinewood: Leadership Challenge

Involved in leadership in your church, school or sports team? God has always used young people for great things and nothing's changed. This leadership Venture offers all you'd expect from a Venture plus the opportunity to explore issues of leadership and grow in your leadership gifting and ability.

About The Leaders:

The overall leaders for the Venture are Ruth Hassall and Andy Castle who both work for CPAS and have lots of experience of working with young people. They are supported by a team of leaders coming together from across the country to make sure that this week is fun, exciting and challenging.

Accommodation Type:

The venue is Pinewood School, which is a fantastic location in Bourton, Wiltshire not far from Swindon. The school is set in 84 acres of rolling countryside and is a boarding prep school.
People will sleep in dormitories which sleep between five and ten people. If there's someone you particularly want to share a room with then let us know.

Activities and Programme:

We are planning one great week of activities, challenges and creativity as well as plenty of time for relaxing and meeting new friends. We'll also be exploring more about what it means to be a leader and taking time to discover how God wants us to grow in this gift.

About Site and Area:

The school facilities provide plenty of ways to relax together whether in a lounge area or in the games room. Outside the facilities include a swimming pool, hockey pitches and tennis courts as well as an adventure course to test your team work and endurance!
