About The Leaders:

Formerly an assistant minister in Streatham, Jonny Lee is nearly at the end of training for ministry at a Bible college in North London. He is married to Katrina, and is dad to Joshua, George and Abigail. In June the Lee family return to the North proper as they move up to Preston for a curacy.

Tom Popplewell, formerly a secondary school teacher and an assistant minister at a church in Gateshead. He is married to Cat, and is dad to Ewan. The Popplewells have just begun two years at Bible college in North London to get more training before heading back out into ministry.

Accommodation Type:

We stay at a fantastic boarding school in the Yorkshire Dales, surrounded by stunning countryside. The school is spread out over an impressive site. There'll be separate guys' and girls' boarding houses. Most rooms have one or two beds in them, and there's plenty of space to make yourself at home! We all eat together in a big dining room where the food's really tasty.

Activities and Programme:

Sedbergh's full of Jesus and adventure! Paintball, Go Ape, caving, kayaking, archery, mountain biking, rock climbing and karting are all on offer. Loads of Bible, loads of fun, loads of new friends - all set in beautiful Cumbria. As well as daily activities, crafts and time to chill, there's lots of opportunities to hear what God is saying through the Bible, and ask big questions. It's a great place to hear about Jesus for the first time or to grow deeper in your relationship with Him.

About Site and Area:

Sedbergh is an epic site for fun, games and chilling. We've got a swimming pool, sports hall, massive playing fields, climbing wall and more on site! Overlooked by dramatic fells, it's an amazing base for adventures in the Dales, and watersports in the Lake District. Getting there is easy too: by car, it's about 10 minutes from junction 37 of the M6, and if you're coming by train we'll pick you up from Oxenholme train station.
