About The Leaders:

We have a fantastic team of dedicated and enthusiastic leaders, many of whom started as members on this Venture and just don't want to leave! We range from church workers to teachers to medics and students. We come from a variety of church backgrounds and are passionate about encouraging young people to explore their faith.

Accommodation Type:

Our Venture is based in a boarding school with dormitory style accomodation of between two and eight beds.

Activities and Programme:

At Shrewsbury Venture we pack loads of fun into the week so you won't get a chance to get bored. We'll have on-site activites such as Ultimate frisbee and Danish Longball as well as more messy games, and you'll have the opportunity to get involved with the music. We also have a great choice of off-site activities (climbing, water sports etc), a Summer Ball, as well as a trip to Alton Towers!
Alongside all of this we have morning and evening gatherings, discussion workshops and dorm group sessions to spend time exploring who God is and what faith in Him means to us.

About Site and Area:

We are based in an amazing baording school on the edge of Shrewsbury town. The school itself has excellent grounds and a swimming pool. There are good transport links for those coming by car or train.
