A group of energetic, fun-loving leaders who are passionate about the outdoors, God and you!

Accommodation Type:

You'll stay in large dormitory-style rooms with your friends: proper beds & brilliant showers. The centre has great facilities including a games-barn and private lake-access.

Activities and Programme:

Life to the MAX! Set in the stunning Lake District, Coniston Venture gives you the chance to explore life! Each day you will be able to challenge yourself on activities such as mountain biking, rock-climbing, ghyll-scrambling, canoeing, raft-building, archery, swimming, walking, paddle-boarding, orienteering. You will also have time to challenge yourself as we think about God and faith.

About Site and Area:

The Venture is based at Thurston OEC and is located right on the water's edge of Coniston Water in the beautiful Lake District. It's surrounded by stunning mountains and is a perfect place to explore the outdoors and experience new things. The views are incredible and site is safe and private for our use.
