The Holiday:
We believe that Jesus gives life to the full, so we pack as much fun as we can into every day on Orwell 3. Come and discover the amazing news about Jesus alongside indoor and outdoor activities, woodland games, sports, crafts, swimming and MORE! You'll make new friends and learn loads. What a great way to spend a week of your summer holiday!
The Location :
We stay in the beautiful surroundings of Orwell Park School in Nacton, near Ipswich. As well as the dining room and meeting room, we use classrooms for crafts, the sports hall for, well, sports, and the enormous outside area for as much as we can! The resident herd of deer don’t mind us invading their space during the day, and onsite we also have an outdoor swimming pool, a woodland area and an assault course. We sleep in dormitories with girls on one level and boys on the other, and leaders have rooms nearby.
Nacton is easily accessible from the A14 and we do station pickups from Ipswich, which run from Liverpool Street and Cambridge.
The Activities and The Programme:
As well as loads of great Bible teaching, we do heaps of great activities! From canvas bag decorating to commando crawling through the assault course, from swimming in the outdoor swimming pool to searching for leaders hidden in the woods, we pack as much fun as we possibly can into your week on camp.
The Team:
We have leaders who come from all over the place – London, Hertfordshire, Oxford, Tunbridge Wells, East Grinstead. Some are youth leaders and church workers, others are teachers or musicians, but we all have one thing in common: we would love you to spend the week with us, learning more from the Bible about Jesus.
