The Holiday:
Don’t miss Reigate 1! We have a great site - beautiful and big! We have great activities: sports, swimming, crafts, music (and more) onsite, and some extra special activities we go offsite for. We have a great team of leaders, who love Jesus, and who want to give you the best holiday of the year. You’ll go home with lots of stories, the sort of “you had to be there, it was so funny” stories. And most special, we have a great time opening the Bible and seeing more about Jesus.
The Location :
The Royal Alexandra & Albert School is a boarding school just outside Reigate. It is set in extensive grounds and has excellent facilities. The sleeping accommodation is divided into small dormitories, from single bedrooms to rooms of 2-5 beds. Each dorm group is cared for by a group of leaders.
The Royal Alexandra & Albert School is just outside Reigate, easy to get to off the M25. There are fantastic facilities on the site including a swimming pool, tennis courts, sports pitches, extensive grassy areas and a sports hall. The site is situated within the grounds of the beautiful Gatton Park. It should be a memorable and enjoyable week for all!
The Activities and The Programme:
We pack loads of fun into our week together! We do a range of on-site activities, including sports, crafts, music and wide games. We also make sure there is some time to chill-out. Jesus is the Lord of all life and so in the many things we do, we want to point to Him. We take time out during the day, as dorm groups and all together, to learn from the Bible. We have a fantastic team of leaders, many of whom have been involved with this Venture for a number of years.
The Team:
There isn't a typical leader at Reigate 1. We have students, church workers, business people, doctors - all sorts! We're each different and come from various churches, but we are all united under Christ. We are committed to providing clear Biblical teaching and leading in a fun and godly way, so that you can have the best week imaginable!
